You guys. Thanksgiving is THIS week. I am pretty sure that’s impossible. Somehow between sipping lemonade in my favorite star-spangled top on the 4th of July and trying to find the perfect brown boot to pair with someĀ  flannel for fall, September, October and November have passed me by. However, despite my apparent utter lack of awareness for the passing of time, the Holidays are here!

Yummm. Am I the only one who’s hungry? Speaking of hungry, I am stoked to try some new recipes this holiday season. You might have heard around the internets that Celiac disease is the next “big thing” and they would be right. Some of my nearest and dearest have been diagnosed with a Gluten intolerance and that means some yummy new recipes to try in the next month! I am most excited to try some Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie and Cinnamon Rolls (what can I say, I’m a sweets girl). As soon as I am able to get my jeans zipped after binge-eating all week I will report on the success (or failure, but I like to think of myself as an optimist) of the above recipes.

Holiday time also means the return of holiday music!!! Like most people I have my tried and true favorites that I’ve been listening to since childhood. RUN-DMC anyone?

I also have new music I discover every winter that gets added to my ever growing collection. Love or hate the show, you can’t deny the kids can sing.

Finally, what holiday season would be complete without gifts, or gift-giving, I suppose? Well Juniper is here for your every gift-wanting and giving need. Our official holiday gift guide will be popping up this week, but to give you a little preview, it has a little sparkle and a little flair.

Finally, I just want to say, Happy Thanksgiving to our beautiful, wonderful customers. We are indescribably thankful for YOU! Small, local businesses wouldn’t exist without the support of new and loyal customers and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us. Have a warm and food-coma filled Thanksgiving.

Love, Your Friends at Juniper,

Liz, Adam, Ally, Jo, Rahma, Jennifer, Theresa & Kati
